Blue Arowanas

Blues are imported from Colombia, the blacks used to always come out of Brazil but there have not been many in recent years. The blues are geographic variant of the black arow O. ferreirai & the Colombians have decided to call them blues which makes more sense as they do have a blue hue

Hello I was I Chinatown today and I say a sign on a tank that stated Blue Arowanas and it did have a Blue color. What could it be ??

I have seen black osteos in Mott Street, so long as you are paying a black price and not the blue price thats ok

I still think its just a way to "jack" the prices up. It would be great if a new type of arowana was discovered.
