I can honestly say I have never heard of Black Aros called Blueberry, its always Dyed Silver Aros that get called it. They dye them a blue or red color typically and call them Blueberry or Strawberry Arowana.
 
No one in their right mind will purposely sell a black Arowana as a "blueberry" Arowana, I recently just bought myself a 4inch black and it costed me 180 bucks! What I'm saying here is that why would someone sell a black aro as a blueberry Arowana when black arowanas are wayyyyyyy more expensive. And don't ever buy dyed fish they are most likey to die at a young age and the dye will completely disappear after awhile.

They are illegal everywhere in the United States, including Kansas.
