275 gallons with one catfish, i would say an 800gph pump with a canister filter would be fine. you could always do a custom job and save alot of money but then you have to design your own. i can give you input but its on you to do legwork and come up with a basic design.
If I were you, I would go with a custom diy filter... way more cost effective, and you could make it however you need to fit it somewhere or make it extra large for all the waste the cats are going to produce...

blue cats are cooler and more preditorial but channels are easier to take care of considering size
the flat head gets larger than the channel and they should get along fairly well until the spawn. then they tend to defends their wholes and nest. but a pond that size should suit them for atleast 3 years maybe longer. and yes you can hand feed them, it just takes a little training. it is not uncommon for channel catfish in ponds in the US to come up to people and take food from their hands after being trained to do so
