I do not like them, I bought from them once. I never will again.

The fish arrived dead, I took pictures emailed it to them and sent the package back. I never got my refund, so I called Eddie and he told me one of the fish were alive when he got the package back. :bs: I checked all the fish too, all were dead but he lied to save his money.

I had a so/so experience....I bought 6. They sent 7. One died very shortly after going in tank. The fish were nice. I didn't think packing was great. I have had far better packing. I wouldn't order if weather is questionable.

I ordered some africans from them a few years back, 2 were doa, i did get my refund after a few months of hassle, will never order from them again.

Never will try to order again from them, last I tried to visit their store, they didn't even have a store, they get their fish from Florida, they didn't have any stock on their "store, after a few back and forth emails I decided to pass and glad I did. Don't waste your time or money.

I had a very good experience with them. I ordered Herichthys pantostictus and they arrived in perfect shape, exactly as ordered from the Florida facility.
Shipping in general is a very touch and go process, and very stressful for any fish.
If a package is handled roughly by the airline, or if the package sits on the tarmac in a wind chill, or hot sun too long, these all can effect the end result.
If the fish is not properly acclimated, or quarantined, this effects end result.
If a shipment arrives dead, take photographs in box, with label showing.
Always use overnight, and I always have the package sent to my local post office (if using USPS) with instructions to call me on arrival, and I come there to get it immediately.
There is nothing worse for fish than riding around in a cold or hot truck all day.

They had a ring worm and tape worm infection when I bought from him. Cost me $80 to save what few fish didn't die of the $90 worth of fish that I bought. He buys them from an outlet in Louisville near the airport and keeps them in his garage till he fills the order but I don't know the name of the outlet.
