MN I agree with you about peta i used to work for a animal rights group and what people on here dont know is these groups are pushing to ban the owning of non native fish for pets. and we are helping there case with all the cry baby threads. as of now in most states fish are considered personal property and not pets but all these i fell sorry for this poor fish treads are killing our cause. people want to show so bad that they know more than someone else or tell them what size tank to have . complaining about dying fish is just more amunition for the animal rights groups. the animal rights groups use all this stuff to petition the courts for new laws to regulate ornamental fish. the funny thing is all the know it alls will be no where near the courthouse when the hearings are being held to ban our fish. we need to stick together and whatch what we say on the boards before we have tanks full of bluegills and minnows. if you dont agree with things pm a person if your really trying to help and somethings just dont comment at all. people can take this how they want but ive been behind enemy lines and if we keep going the way were going we will lose the war.

that just sounds ridiculous. what is highlighted in red basically says i worked for the animal rights groups, they are the enemy, because they want to ban fish. so you helped a group like peta? if you even came close to supporting these groups why are you here preaching to people about how they complain about animal abuse. dont people that want animal rights want to spread the word? isnt that how things are accomplished. much like the Scottish Korean kid on the starburst commercial. you sir, are a walking contradiction.

as for me, im an AMERICAN and we have things such as free speech. this is a public forum. and if i want to complain about a mutilated or genetically altered fish, this just happens to be the place its gonna happen.

it seems people should heed their own advice.

you sir cant read i said used to work for and it was a group like peta you are one of those people who just likes to talk. i started working for them because i thought it was a place for animal lovers i left once i found there views about what animals are and how they should be handled and treated were totally different from mine so i am not at all a contridiction . you only prove that just like i was saying this board is full of folks who like to run there mouths and try and prove someone wrong, and you made yourself look stupid. i left because of the way the so called animal kill more animals than any body, i left because large breed dogs do not get fair evaluations for adoptions,i left because they lie to the public and tell them to spay and nueter thier animals for health reasons but its purley population control, i left because blacks and latinos are discriminated against in adoptions prosseses, i left because i watch countless pit bull puppies killed because ridiculous theorys on how these dogs would turn out, i left because they think all dogs should wear clothes and sleep in the bed with you or you are a bad owner. and the list goes on so before you come on here running your mouth read carefully and then ask quetions dont assume things.

There is a ton of these dyed oscars in all the stores in LV now.
This always turns out bad. First it sucks for the fish and secondly the owner displeased with the natural color abandons the fish when it returns to its natural color.
Its a crappy procedure all around.

i didnt try to prove anyone wrong and u are the one that likes to talk apparently with all of these babbling posts. i brought peta up as a reference not even wanting to touch the topic. and this thread isn't about peta. or you. so unless you have a post about the dye process of a fish or something "relevant"

ya i dont buy dyed fish or even genitically inhancsed fish, there not natural so there not for me.
