The japanese boat didnt even try an evasive movement, and just because a boat is moving doesnt mean it still has power, boats cant stop like cars so it looks likes the Ady Gill was coasting to a stop. Also the second video you see it make a turn towards the Ady Gill
There are no landmarks or reference in the video to tell which ship turned or reversed or whatever. Doesn't really matter anyway. The Ady Gil was responsible for getting clear of the larger ship. Basic physics + international maritime law violation= busted-*** carbon fiber toothpick boat.

I'd be willing to bet that sleaze-ball Paul Watson would go learn from the Somalis if he had the stones to risk his own life.
