I still have a had time hearing the whaling ships claim "reserach". No research involved killing threatend animals. And no "research" is kept that closed off/private/hush hush when it's supposed to be for the good of the animals.

If they were to show the research, I'd send the Japanese ships a check to support it. Until then, sink them all.

lol I agree. Ever go to www.IRCWhale.org? It's the url that is visible on the back of, I believe, the Nisshin Maru (factory ship). I visited that site and it re-enforced my beliefs that the whalers want nothing but to fatten their wallets.

But dang...I heard about that boat when they got it...it was a BIG deal...

You know what sucks? They aren't advertising for a 3rd season of Whale Wars. I guess Animal Planet dropped them after the collision last campaign

Oh, and for everyone who says that they could have reversed the boat, look again. Everyone on the SSCS boat was out on the deck, and they went back inside to start going once the whaler was bearing down on them.

I think killing any animal as intelligent as a whale/dolphin is plane wrong. And people who say that we're just as bad for killing chickens and cows, those animals aren't on the brink of extinction.
