just placed my order for 2 bocourti from don conkel via oddball express uk will be arriving tomorrow.anyone on here got any pics of semi adult or adult conkel bocourti.mine are F1 lago de izabal,guatemala.

well there here ,not looking great but i suppose thats to be expected,heres some pics with there new tank mate and as i type this there just taking there first bit of food.not the best pics from the phone im afraid as my son thought it would be a good idea to tape my camera,which also had a video camera on it,to his rc jeep and drive it down the stairs.
wow buddha they are superb,i take it there in breeding dress,if mine were to turn out anything near yours i would be a happy man.
no not breeding dress,they dont seem interested in breeding so far(maybe because they were caught at separate times female younger than male)he acts like he is ready but she is not, i cant wait till they do spawn. The male changes color so much from one minute to the next its amazing to just sit and watch him(like hd tv).
One thing i will tell you is they like large water changes( i do 80% weekly),and a wide variety in there diet(mine love hikari pellets,krill,peas,green peppers,romaine lettuce,earthworms,crickets)and once they start eating watch out they are pure pigs.
dont worry wont be long before they are one of your favorites, i know i would not give mine up for any price

Haha, my dad is also an addict when it comes to water changes .. Like, 65% every week, and he cleans the two canisters..
im a water change addict myself but i limit myself on cleaning filters or cansiters as often. if i have multiple filters o canisters on a tank i never clean them at the same time. ill do one then another the next week
