I agree.When I was into working out I would see all of these supplements at the GNC and other stores and could'nt decide which one to try but hen I learned that none of that stuff is tested by the FDA so they can make any claim they want and put anything on their labels and there is no one who can hold them to these claims.The fitness supplement industry is really big business.Bazinga;4114364; said:creatine is pointless just adds water to your muscles once you stop them youll lose what you have, i would just stick to a good healthy diet and hit the gym hard.... it works for me, i only drank shakes for a month until i noticed they do nothing compared to hard work ( you cant drink product and expect gain.. only fat gain... only way is to work really hard)
