It would take years upon years to gain 15lbs of muscle.. You can gain 15lb relatively quick(months), but its not going to be pure muscle, which Im not sure if youre looking for or not. You could always take a cycle of D-Bol, that will get you big quick!

true that

check out these hollywood types (Pitt, Bale, etc.) who put on 30-40 pounds of muscle in a few months and then CLAIM to not have used steroids during their press tours six months later when they weigh 175 again!

nothing's worth risking your health

Cardio and proper form is all you need.. You should focus on overall health and not just How you look.

i do, i run 2 miles, eliptical 3 miles and stepper 2 miles tues, thurs and sat.

i used to workout in high school when i had plenty of time but college, wife and kids took much of my time since. i'm just wanting to get back where i was 6 years ago.
just relate it to fishkeeping. you've had 200g tanks and you move to a 3rd floor apt and have to quit while you're there. after a few years you buy a house. are you going to start over with a ten gallon or are you going to want that 200g?

creatine is pointless just adds water to your muscles once you stop them youll lose what you have, i would just stick to a good healthy diet and hit the gym hard.... it works for me, i only drank shakes for a month until i noticed they do nothing compared to hard work ( you cant drink product and expect gain.. only fat gain... only way is to work really hard)
I agree. When I was into working out I would see all of these supplements at the GNC and other stores and could'nt decide which one to try but hen I learned that none of that stuff is tested by the FDA so they can make any claim they want and put anything on their labels and there is no one who can hold them to these claims. The fitness supplement industry is really big business.

that's why i'm asking for people with experience with these products. i dont trust labels anymore than you. i feel that creatin does help with endurance. maybe its the placebo effect but i get more out of a workout when i'm using it.
