I gained 10 lbs of muscles in 2 months taken GNC AMP whey protein and doing P90X. I weighed 142-45 before the workout, I weighed myself 2 month into the program and weighed 154-56 depending if I took crap or ate anything. Just 2-3 scoops everyday depending on which workout I’m doing that was it. Was getting comments from co-workers left and right but I stopped working out for 6 months and lost all it back. I need to start the program again.
