Aiight.....

So i have a 55g tank with some convicts bloodparrots and some flowerhorn.... they all seem to get along well but everytime i put in cory cats they seem to get thier ass kicked and dead within a few days..... anyone have a recomendation for some kind of botton feeder that will be able to handle my tank ??

You have "some" flowerhorns in a 55G tank? Honestly I don't think that tank is large enough for a single adult. Those fish are not going to work in such a small tank when at full size.

Corydoras cats are weanies. You have multiple highly aggressive cichlids and are putting small schooling community fish in the tank...something nocturnal and armoured like a raphael cat might survive, but I wouldn't be adding any more fish to that tank.

do u even own a flowerhorn? ??? i will have you kno that a pair can live quite well in a 55g...infact they will thrive! they are not bad fish they just have a bad rap!!!!:WHOA:

maybe a rainbow shark but they stay really small,a larger pleco, a larger clown loach

Aiight so i understood the day i bought all my cichlids that they were highly aggresive fish..... but regardless my flowerhorns ( 2 ) convicts ( 4 ) and bloodparrots ( 3 ) have been living as a community for 2 years and seem to be doing well..... when or even if they out grow thier environment then they will be moved to something more suitible for them..... thanks for the recomendation for the raphael cat though.....

Wow, they all live fine in a 55? I bet you have to waterchange like everyday though.

Do the cons spawn often?

what size are the fish now?

They gotta be stunted. If not the ones that grow bigger faster will eventually start killing off the others. I would recommend you a good bottom feeder, but I am not going to for the sake that the tank is already overstocked. And I dont want another fish to suffer.

tank is overstoocked, but just for the sake of annyone else, raph cats, rainbow shark, south american bumblebee cat,
