I don't know why people try to sell something like a big fish, I'd find a good home for mine and give it away and be happy its happy.

i dont plan on keeping it for ever. i'll house it till it out grows my tanks.charles-n-charge;4888893;4888893 said:Hate to say it but in a 75 you probably won't be able to keep it more than a year. They grow from 1-1.5" a month until they're around 2' or so. Mine grew 3" in one month at one point. If you can get ahold of a tank that is atleast 8'x3'x2 you could keep it for life most likely. Look around on craigslist for one locally, I found an entire 200 gallon setup for $550 that way. There's some good deals out there if you have the space and a little extra cash laying around. If you want him to grow slower (1" per month) then try winging him on pellets and freeze-dried foods once he reaches around 7-8". It takes them no time at all to become monsters
im gunna give it a try tomorrowMc.arowana18;4888925;4888925 said:give it 3 days my jardini did the same and was very scared to eat then after 3 days in the tank i added frozen brine and it ate it and the cut in half pellets
