Well its officially over. Got home from work 10 min ago and he waa dead. My guess is he ate himself to death. No wc in the last 48 hours no nitrite or ammonia and 5 ppm nitrates...fml

Hey was my 420 fish too bought him that day, had em x2 check my params and perfect so stray current from a crap powerhead or he ate my homemade powerhead sponge filter, that's the only thing that's been introduced into the tank and that was 48 hours ago, luckily my guy had a 12 day old rhom I just picked up. He's awesome so with pain comes pleasure.

sorry to hear man. it happens sometime with small serra that they just die out of no where. RIP
 
Yea it hurt real bad. I could tell the last 36 hours he seemed stressed and twitchy. Idk so sad. Just glad I have a new one who's even younger, he already gulfed down 10 or so pellets. I was just so happy with the size and proggression of my late RhoM No Name


Just goes to show how insanely fragile fish can be even with exceptional water standards, time and maintanece......

I couldnt have put a name on such a cool little guy!

New rhom is great, fed him again this morning and he devoured more pellets!
