Bought something called "Neon Dwarf Texas Cichlid". Whose fault are these things?

Gave him to Bridge's pets and he's fading nicely.

I have a feeling that fish is going to turn into something very pretty....... The fins are nice on him..... the bit on the tail fin is very unique too.
