bowfin and gar

Beautiful. Has the bowfin ever shown signs of aggression?
 
It's a swimmer likes to roam around the gar like to Swim with him. I trained him to only eat mArket shrimp. he gets along with all my bichirs weeksi, senegaL, ornate. He's not aggressive.
 
nice i will adding some baby bowfin in a few weeks used to keep them before we moved found some more available online and had to get them
just waiting on their stuff for the grow out tank to get here
 
What size tanks are you guys keeping your bowfins
