Bowfishing a man’s sport or a Mean sport?

one huge problem with bow fishing is the hit and miss ratio arrows are innacurrate in water most times the fish winds up getting a severe wound and dying a slow painfull death what a horid way to get a kick really think this is one sport that deserves a ban ..

It is like most sports, some people who participate are idiots. I have bowfished for carp because although I don't eat them I knew people who did and they screw up the nests of bass and sunnies, I have also bowfished for cat fish, not very successfully. I do enjoy bow hunting for squirrels and grouse, yes I eat them.
I also eat gar though I was line fishing for them, they have a very mild, flakey meat that is best when you lightly steam it, then flake and bone the flesh, then make it into balls with a little cornmeal, milk, egg, spices, and shredded cheese, before deep frying it.
It looks like those clowns were just trophy hunting.

Killing for food ok. Killing for a reasonable purpose like destroying invasive species okl. Kill an Albino Gar with twelve arrows, not ok. Kill an invasive farmer hick with a bow and arrow, ok.

i say its another ignorant "sport" from what i saw on the webpage earlier its who could kill the bigger gar right and i just wanna put this pic of the albino gar again as you could see it has 3 arrows in it who knows how many came loose during its struggle "say jed theres a perty white one lets kill it!!" f@(king morons i tell you

Why would you Kill an Albino Gar?! Those things have to be really rare! I would consider shooting those guys with a bow and arrow. I don't mind bow hunting but ^%$#^%$@*&*%&(^$*(&%$&^$ :WTF:

killing that seal only seems "evil" because we are not used to seeing people kill seals. it was a baby however so that changes everything. if it was an adult it would be the same thing as killing an adult deer if u were goin to eat it.




only i doubt u'd hang the seal's head on the wall.
