I didn't want to get too much into that without being sure...I stand by what I said earlier...while members are not allowed to insult others or use foul language,we also should not be allowed to steal from or fraud others here either.
The guy scammed you plain and simple. I have been trading online for 10+ years trading all kinds of things. I have seen this happen a few times before, doesn't happen often but it happens in scam deals. the fact the weight doesn't match up shows a Co2 canister was not shipped at all.
That's a good point, I think anyone who's seen this thread can gain a thing or two from it, I guess that's all that matters, op's hassle saved us all from making the same mistake!

OMG... seller chavez_e_chavez MFK seller on here... is freakin accusing me of trying to scam him on the dispute!.... WTF!.... I just cant believe what a good story teller he is on the damn claim!.... Anyways... cut down to the chase.... I did not receive his crap and will never deal with this guy again...He can have all his cardboards back...just send me my money back now... no time for Mr. Nice guy.... I purchased thousands of dollars worth of fishes on this forum from varies seller within my few months on here... and he thinks I would scam his freakin cylinder and regulator that he supposedly shipped out!...I just cant believe this.. Mr. ----- ------..... trust me...I would not stoop that low to scam your freakin crap....anyways...everything else is going on the claims.... I have witnesses, pictures, videos, and by tomorrow I will have a statement from the USPS guy stating how light his piece of crap is.....My only fault was, I was in a time crunch, got there two minutes before they closed, as stated 4:58, I got the box...by the time I knew it...they were closed...I just cant believe this... MFK, I wouldnt recommend anyone buying anything from this guy... He claims to have shipped out TVs, Guns, Electronics, Etc... and nothing like this have ever happened...Just look at my box here...and see if you want your trash box coming in with duct taped...
and yes! thats exactly how it came in...in a freakin Protein Skimmer box..which he said he was gonna use...(( I was fine him using recycle box.. I do it all the time... but guess what IDIOT!... I freakin flip all my used box inside out if it looks like that!_))....and thats why I said the box did not look like it was tampered with... HE USED DUCT TAPE and DUCT TAPE WOULD OF BEEN TOO STRONG for anyone to open this crap up with... TRUST ME... the tape was nicely taped on there still when I got it... I had to literally ripped it off......the box was a peice of **** but the tape was strong....I cant believe this........
