manny versus mayweather will happen. boxing always eventually gives the public what it wants. it's all about money. both fighters will agree to take a urine or blood test. boxing needs to have mandatory testing anyway. mayweather called pacman out and pacman refused the test. perhaps pacman is using some sort of performance enhancing drug. it won't be the first time a boxer has done such. if he were clean, he'd have taken the test.
