and yes, pacman has accepted mayweather's original olympic style drug testing that he demanded in their first try at negotiations which is random drug testing up to 14 days prior to fight day and 50/50 purse split. and yes, manny filed a lawsuit of defamation of character which he will win. you can't just make public statements of someone just because you think they are guilty of something. they talked all this crap and made all this accusations with no evidence whatsoever. it just can't be true that someone just may be that talented, therefore it has to be steroid usage.
which i can understand, but what they did and have said is overboard and deserve to be suedafter beating mosely, mayweather says that now he wants the testing up to the day of the fight and he wants more than 50/50. He may want 60/40 or 70/30
and I believe it was 18 days out that ended up being the last test they gave mosely and mayweather
in my opinion,
1. mayweather doesn't want to fight pacman or
2. he's waiting for pacman to slow down before fighting him which is what sugar ray leonard did when he fought marvelous marvin haglar or
3. he's purposely starting all this contraversy to hype the fight even further and finally hoping to get a huge, huge paycheck in the end when they finally fight

i get where you're coming from, i'm not necessarly a mayweather fan either, i just don't get why i would demand for derek jeter to take a test when i think barry bonds is cheating? why demand jmm take tests when i'm not suspicious of him? cleaning up the sport is a far cry from "i think this person is cheating, let's find out the truth behind it".
i think we can all agree that it's a shame that this fight will never happen for WHATEVER reason. Too many fighters like to duck people until they feel the time is right, weither it's mma or boxing

Floyd said that which is why I have a problem with it. it seems he only wanted to clean it up once obligated to fight pac. since demanding it from Manny, he will now demand it from every fighter he faces from now on. of course he has to now, if he ever fought anyone without asking for the extra testing, it'll look like he ducked pacman, but he already made it look like he is ducking regardless
it is a damn shame this fight won't happen, i am still hopeful but i'm over it also
I personally blame floyd though and not manny if this fight never happened
