I'm setting up a 20 long, stock will be a f8 puffer and bumblebee gobies, I'm using eco complete as substrate, around an inch deep ( tell me if I need more) I have a finnex 24/7 planted plus and I would love to do a at least slightly planted tank, I love the look of a carpet grass look with taller plants in the background so is there plants that could achieve this? Also another problem is my LFS sells puffers and gobies in fw so I would have to slowly raise sg to acclimated the fish and bacteria so could plants handle that? Is it possible to acclimated fw plants to low end brackish?

I saw somewhere that microswords would work pretty well and a brackish carpeting plant, is that true

I have seen a brackish tank with a micro sword carpet but I have never tried it myself so i cant help you with that.
I do have red mangroves and they are a nice plant to have in your brackish tank.
