IN A PLACE
I want to add some blue to my 375g tank. It has the following inhabitants: 14" Arowanna, two 8" motoro stingrays, five 7" red severums. I was thinking about adding two or three blue fish that would be 6-8" (out of eating range for the aro, who is a chicken anyways). I want a peaceful, colorful fish that grows to 10-12". So far I have come up with the Brasiliensis Geo and Jack Dempseys. Is there any other species I am over looking? What you you guys think?:popcorn::popcorn::popcorn:

Electric Blue Haps, they mix well with new worlds (i have 4 with Severums etc)

GTs are a nice irradescent blue.

I would go for a Brasiliensis. I have kept these they are fun to breed :D. I have kept them for four years and they are really great fish :)

lol.....GT isn't among his choices. I would say a Brasiliensis Geo.

LOL...he said is there any species I'm over looking.......I read the whole question.

I'm leaning towards the brasiliensis because they have a better disposition (Green Terrors are beautiful but pretty aggressive). Before I post to the classifieds, anyone know where I can obtain three or four 7"+ Brasiliensis? Not looking for a pair, this is a show tank.

Braziliensis require a lot of filtration and substrate fine enough to sift through all day long which you have I'm sure. My only concern is they may not mix well with the Motoros as they sift through the substrate. In a 375 a GT or two or three should not be a problem at all, they are not usually as aggrisive as they are made out to be. Severum can be just as ornery. Good luck in what ever you decide on.
