Made biscuits and gravy for the first time ... didn't come out the best, but hey. It was a first try. Still eatable at least.

Thanks. Yeah, just starting to learn to cook things. Making an eatable version first time out for someone that messes up hamburger helper half the time I score as a victory. :ROFL:

1/2 pot of coffee with a cup of coconut milk, a tbsp of molasses, a shake of plain cocoa powder and a tsp. of baking soda. Washed down 1200mg magnesium citrate, too. Pre-bicycle anti-cramp technique. I drink that, use the bathroom, and then I can ride as long and hard as I want without getting cramps. Then I did some lightweight power cleans and in a few minutes, once HGH has peaked, I'm having steak and eggs again. Man, I love steak and eggs!
