Made biscuits and gravy for the first time ... didn't come out the best, but hey. It was a first try. Still eatable at least.

1/2 pot of coffee with a cup of coconut milk, a tbsp of molasses, a shake of plain cocoa powder and a tsp. of baking soda. Washed down 1200mg magnesium citrate, too. Pre-bicycle anti-cramp technique. I drink that, use the bathroom, and then I can ride as long and hard as I want without getting cramps. Then I did some lightweight power cleans and in a few minutes, once HGH has peaked, I'm having steak and eggs again. Man, I love steak and eggs!
