Oh My God!!! I think from my army of big clowns i may have got myself a mating pair!!! they are doing all the usual mating rituals and when they do so they turn the most bizarre colour i've ever seen!! all my clowns are very strong coloured as i reallly dislike the greyer ones and i'll put first a pic of them normally but tonight 2 that are about 7" went off into a corner of the tank to get it on!! as you can see when one other clown tried for the menage a trois he soon got told where to go! fingers crossed we could be in for babies here :D

your not gunna have babies

theyre throwing down :):nilly:

Best of luck, but I agree with the others.

ive had loaches too. Im very familiar with this behavior. its like an arguement they have over whos got better stripes....ok maybe not that

The fashion statement wars.....when will they end?

Correct answer: I hope never, those colors are insane!!!!!

Wacky pics. At first I was wondering why you manipulated the colors until I saw that the bkgd color was normal.

Yeah, they aren't breeding. You need some insanely long tank and some strong currents in order to get breeding to occur. I don't recall ever hearing about anyone breeding them in a tank.

I knew a guy that owned a pet shop that was working on it with a 15 foot long tank with jets of water running the length of the tank, but then he lost the lease on the store and I never heard from him again.

A few years ago they said stingrays could not be bred......Don't stop guys....One of us WILL get it done...just you watch :)
