Breeding L200s?

The tank is a heavily planted tank. Also the 5 silvers and the large royal knife, plus bichir and all the plecs. Plants respire over night while not photosynthesizing.with all that, the o2 just wasn't sufficient.
 
my tanks arent too heavily populated i guess. that, and plastic plants are they way forward!!! im sorry bout the L200s though. have you found the other 3 yet?
 
So I found 2 more dead. Only 3 left. Ouch. Going to get another set of 3 tomorrow from a lfs.
 
wow...just read the entire thread...that's nuts. I definitely gotta give u props for your effort. I'm sorry for ur losses and hope the new L200s will do better. Good luck and keep us posted on how the new ones do.
 
Yep, 3 adonis, however, the two that came in are less than an inch... time to rethink where I'm going to have them.
 
This project has gone dead for now... literally. I now need to get 7 new L200s, as another was found dead. I was away this weekend on a construction build, and when I arrived home one of my 2 was dead. He had sunken stomach, which developed since friday. I will however start again, but not until next spring.
 
So I have decided to kick the convict breeding center, and move the L200 breeding project to the 55 they inhabited. the 26 BF will become the breeding tank for the cons, and I will drop from 3 pairs to 2. I may also use another tank for the cons.
