Breeding Pair "SHOW WORHTY"

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
how do you breed dats

Demand for certain fish depends on the area you live in. I sold catemaco fenestratus like hot cakes when my wild caught pair spawned. But thats because no one in my area had seen them before and it was something new. I had freddy and kruasii fry that i couldnt even give away, but i had a bredding pair of oscars that spawned all the time and every pet store in my area always brought fry,and one pet store ended up buying my pair for $400 dollars just so they could have a constant supply of baby oscars.
I have festae, haits,a wild pair of bocourti, argentea pair, and chocolates, and pellegrinni and no one in my area is interested in the fry,but i done have a few stores a little out of my area that always ask me for different stuff. so no matter what you get there will not always be interest in them. MFK does not represent most lfs's as far as what's in the hobby.
In my neigborhood everyone comes to me for advice and help because i have more experience and more fish than most of my local pet stores.
btw i have f1 lyonsi fry right now if you are interested and i have a extra male lyonsi(about 6 inches) hadn a group of 5 two piars formed.
As for something i think woukld be nice to find and spawn would be t. asfraci you get any of these i would be your first customer.

There's for sure more money in spawning non central/south Americans. We just live too close to them and they aren't super rare.

If you're looking to make money do rays or Africans (certain fronts demand good $).

Dovii would probably be easiest for you considering it is also a parachromis like the Jags. You should make your way down the list of parachromis species, since they're similar and some of them are more rare than others making them more costly. Like the parachromis motaguensis, or the parachromis loisellei both very nice looking fish. And I also have a few questions regarding the jags, what do you have in the tank with them? How big is your tank? How many males and females jags do you have?

the jags are by themselves they killed all there tankmates when i put them in my 180 gallon tank so till this day they wont live with another pair of fish but i moved them to a 40 gallon breeder and i am about to get a 4x2x2 tank for them soon, also its just 1 male and 1 female they are for sale if you are interested
