Broke Back Mountain..Who has seen it?

I have a few *** friends and that doesn't bother me. To each is own. I haven't seen the movie and I have no desire to. It's not that I'm a closed minded individual but why do I want to see two dudes fall in love. I know what the movie is about so I'll pass. If you do have a desire to see the movie than I think it's a curiousty within yourself to see what it's like. Some men are more in touch with their feminine side I guess.

The only movie that I got tricked to seeing when it came out was the Crying Game !!! :nilly: ... that was crazy.... :eek:

i doubt its a choice to be hated by your family and the rest of the world.....being straight would be so much easier if given a "choice"
 
I think being *** is WRONG IMO.

I could find so many better things to do or watch than a movie about some homo cowboys.
If you disagree with me, I really don't give a f***. I guess some people enjoy watching guys kiss each other. Not me son


I don't see nothing wrong with people choosing not too watch a movie about *** cowboys.

i fell asleep as soon as i finished the movie last night. I was actually dozed off a bit (not because the movie isnt good. i was just sleepy )


Ok, here it is.. The movie is excellent ! .. its a very simple premise transposed into a *** relationship. To me ( views will be different ) , its about a love that can never be... its sad because those 2 *** cowboys had an affair, left , had wifes and kids etc.. but they always end up seeing each other. Its tragic.. like romeo and juliet but with *** cowboys.

Its good.. there are disgusting scenes but i like it overall.
 
PeacockBass, just want to say that I read your threads for months now and I must say I agree with every opinion that you have voiced. Keep up the great work, I enjoy reading it. And I find it quite funny that people who have tried to argue, or put the movie down, can not put a sentence together.

LOL i know... Its not like the movie had the village people singing ymca... its not even
about *** romance.. its about real love and how circumstances prevent them from being with each other.
 
i gotta say i aint watched it but most of the people that i know who have said it was good. but a lot of those people were women...
im not a fan of ***s that decide to be camp and put on a stupid voice (unless it is there real voice). there wasnt much comotion about the film coming out over here as there was in the US. something about it ruining the general portrayel of tough "men are men" cowboys and not wufters. when they are "cowboys" are they cowboys, or just from rural areas (i mean is it modern or set back decades ago)
