yes well with the inclimate weather it gives me time to think, the water pipes at the top will go to the bottom and spread out then perkilate through the filter and come out through the top.
The spillway of the filter needs to be lower then the pipes so the water comes out the front and not the side, i plan on lineing the filter with 1" foam and liner., then faceing the top brim or it with foux rock, a light DIY foam/concreet creation, then the well idea, the diggin the material back has started and then next week we can finish it.

As for the "streem", yes there will be a streem comming from the "well" at 12000gpm... about 20' to a more or less sheer drop of 6'. i call that a waterfall.
This weekend I got all the holes drilled and rebar fationed for the footer that we will be pouring for the waterfall rock face, i will be useing real rock as concreet would erode too quickly and need to be replaced in about 10 years(not very long term).
I also decided that since i was white as a ghost that i may aswell drill and mount all my brick ties, i drilled and attatched one packet(100) of ties, with tapcon screws or coarse... As you might ercall if you guys read the whole post i got three free bolders and i decided to place them infront of the waterfall, and one ontop of the other mesures 9'tall, almost the exact hight of the waterfall to the pond floor...
Im a visual guy and i see this stuff in my head and trying to explain this to contractors caused me to do it my self, I drew up a quick image in photoshop showing the final conture of the wall, it not suposto be all angular and straight lkike this which is why he is fired and only paid for the materials and half his labor(hes a moron but got to eat too right?)
