I think I would be a little concerned that the BOTTOM of the glass will have enough downward and outward pressure to push the bolts out of the concrete.
Also do you think that the design is "structurally sound" at the bottom front? I see that you have rebar through the front blocks but the concrete you are pouring in them is basically just going to be sitting on the slab of the basement. What is to keep the bottom front from "slipping" of of the rebar?
I know these questions sound rediculous but there is going to be A LOT of pressure on that part of the tank.

Nice. That's part of the fun of building it. Not knowing whether it's going to work or not. If you want, I could do a rendering of what it would look like in your house to help convince her. That's what I did. This was the orignial look. Took about 5 minutes...
