If you built the tank up of the concrete slab and made a self supporting bottom, This would help if the concrete were ever to crack.

its too expensive and bothersome to go through a concrete tank, i am ordered a 8x6x7 vinyl shed and some insulation . just gonna get a glass 6x2.5x2.5 instead

You couldn't keep many in there. i would say one nice asian arowana or a black at a push.
