building full glass 635 gallon tank

That's impressive. What kind of glass are you using, and what thickness? Are you at all worried about the glass holding with such a large volume of water? I would imagine that you ran the specs by an engineer just to make sure, but I'm a curious individual.

the glass is 12mm thick and it was a sea tank thats why its painted bleu but not any more i made it black today, im not worried at all my house is concrete and i live 1st floor
its a flat actually

That's awesome. Can't wait to see it up and running!

Hello Gekkecichla

Nice job!! Have you done this on previous occasions or is this the first time you assemble an aquarium?

I would really like to know the Dimensions of this tank (metric measurements are okay).

If I look at the size of the tank, I would have made the bottom out or different panes of glass as the bottom would be able to absorb any height differences in the frame easier. But as I read this was an allreadt assembled tank you cut in pieces?

Anyhow good luck with the tank :)

you do realise 12mm will break right?

it was a sea tank from 300 cm x 100 cm x 80 cm wich i took apart and took home and reassembeled, that sounds easy, but it isnt believe me, i had to break some of the strips in top of the tank to get my knife in between the windows, but it worked, the bottom is one piece but my stand is quite leveled, and i put 2 layers of carpet on the stand its pretty soft
