'I am surprised your cichlids have not taken out your blue lobsters.'

ive never seen any aggression toward the blue lobsters, quite the opposite in fact.
They even try to catch my oscar at feeding time :)

Have you ever thought of using an rc mini submarine with a small video camera attached to explore your tank?
You could make a documentary with a tank your size..

Maybe your lobsters are different from the blue crayfish (sold as Blue lobster in my area) I have. Because my cichlids would eat mine if put in the same tank.

I did do several videos in the late 90's early 2000 period with a remote control submarine and 2 video cameras inside it.

Here is a picture of the late Stuart Grant (Lake Malawi exporter) playing with the submarines control panel.

The man sitting and watching him is Neil Burgess of the African Fish Zone (An African cichlid importer and breeder)

That looks like a more high -tech set up than i had in mind :), must have been great fun though.
Here's my blue lobster (crayfish), im interested to find out if we have been talking about the same species.

Maybe my cichlid's are a bit small to attack the crayfish yet, my oscar is my biggest and is only around 4-5 inch.

Man that Lobster/Crayfish looks so cool!

Curse you :angryfire: BlackList :wall:

forgot to add, one crayfish is 5 inch the other is 8-9 inch.
cheers

That is a different crayfish from mine. The one I have is about 4 inches long and a little over a year old.

I also had assumed you were talking about adult cichlids.

Your crayfish really looks neat.

HOLY...
I'd like to thank you, showing my gf these pics just made my sale of another 75gal tank A LOT easier! LOL
