Not huge by any means, this one anyway, but compared to the size of the fish at the time it would be equal to having a twelve inch leach on a person. I probably could have just yanked it off of the fish but I was a little cautious since it was my first parasite. I didn't want to lose the bully after saving it from a drainage ditch.
