Why you are keeping a piranha with other fish? Get some buddies for him and get rid of others, unless your tank is too small to house a pack of piranhas.

well rhoms are basically solo piranhas if u put them togeather theyll at eachother in a sec there super territorial, id need a 1000+ gal tank for a small shoal of them fullsize sense they get on average 15"

Better keep it a solo without any tankmates.
