Awesome. Mine does the same thing. He ate a caged pump, grabbed the mag impeller and spit it out on the other side of the tank. Couple of interesting notes: they eat lion fish, mine did, not by plan. Mine is 2 feet and eats big frozen sardines, a couple every three days. He also ate a 1 lb lobster whole. He is truly a cool wet pet. The other neat thing they do is "vibrate" if they don't want you so close. I was told they are potato cod found in Australia. And the reason you see them available is that fish farmers raise them in the east for food. So after power feeding them for a few months they slice them up. that is where most of the bumbles in our industry came from, fish farms for food. That said I think they might live a little longer in some of our tanks than originally planned and perhaps live longer elsewhere. The one caveat is that these fish when young can survive in freshwater. They DONT forever. Everyone I heard trying had a stressed out bumble and then it died. I have had mine in salt from day one and it is healthy as an ox. They grow to 20"s easy the first year if properly cared for. Pound for pound I would say they are tougher than aimaras, I have had those too.
