So I am having problems with the plants To get good pricing I need to order at least $500 and shipping on that would be around $800, so unless anybody wants to order some for their store from me I won't be doing that just yet. I am probably going to be ordering 30 sponge filter as a sample quantity. Now these are pet store quality bubble filters and my LFS uses ones very similar.

I buy my sponge filters from AngelfishUSA.. they are heavy duty, top quality... nothing like you can buy in a fish store, and even better than what most stores use..

I checked out that website and those sponge filters are the same ones as the company I am looking at I believe..except my pricing would probably be a little cheaper.

You're biggest thing is just to see what's going to make it for you before you jump into something like to seems you are doing..

In less than 24 hours, you went from plastic plants to spongefilters instead.. not a good sign.

Many people research for months to years before taking the leap to ensure that they won't epically fail.

I've ordered fish from a 14 yr old kid that "runs his own koi business"- and I won't order from a kid ever again. Kinda like 1 bad apple ruined them all for me. So that's another thing you have against you.. your age. While, from your postings, you don't seem to be 14.. don't let your age get out there too much.. that can be a killer.

Before you buy anything to resell, make sure you have a market for your product. Will you sell locally or ship? If you are going to ship, how much is that going to cost? Will your product with the cost of shipping be less than what one can buy from a store or elsewhere on line? Answer these questions before you invest. It's a competitive market out there. You will be competing against local fish stores, established on-line businesses, etc.. It's not going to be an easy thing to do in this economy. Many local fish stores that have been around for years are closing up due to a lack of business.caused by the economy and competition from on-line businesses. I'm not trying to burst your bubble, just trying to warn you of what is ahead. Good luck with whatever you try to do.
