There are several plants of suitable size and form available, those that require soil can be potted first, they even make small pots that look like small hollow rocksbutane216 said:buddha, are you suggesting I plant my tank?? take a lok at my tank pics and the size of my substrate, is that even possible??
I have 9 types of plant in a 30g tank, Two are floaters and seven are rooted in peat disks hidden by rocks glued into pot shapes. I just like heavily planted tanks, some people like totally bare tanks, if the fish are healthy and happy and so are you then it works fine.butane216 said:guppy you saw the size of my substrate right... at this point (til i move) tehre isnt much I can do in the way of plavcing soil in the tank, what can I do for plants in that predicament? I'm like the uber n00b when it comes to plants..
