Buyer Beware/Riverwonders

to make a long story short, I click on the riverwonders website from plecofanatics and bought 5 L287 from them. With shipping it came out to $459.00. After three weeks and 4 different estimated time of arrival, I gave up. I ask for a refund and purchase some L66 from another buyer instead. It has been a week and I have called about 3 times to get the refund and they keep on tellind me they have process the refund. I have check with my credit company everyday so far and they haven't received anything yet. If I ever get my money back, I will never even take a glance at their website again. Buyer Beware
 
Same thing with my arapaimas that I ordered too.....but havent asked for a refund yet....Will do tomorrow morning....
 
I tried taking care of this with neoprodigy.....maybe you guys should send him a pm as well. Maybe he will wake up and do something about them on his site....
 
Gosh. If I knew earlier I would never ordered the arapaimas and ordered my rays I wanted! Will they give me my money back? Gosh I'm so pissed off right now....

I don't even think they're allowed to sell rays since they're based in CA.
 
They have some motoros and other species of ray on their sites.....I could have gotten a pair of motoros from one of the very RESPECTED! vendors on here! I have been waiting for over a month for my arapaimas...... :(

bro...neoprodigy can't make riverwonders do what they dont want to do...sooooo :chillpill:....he isn't our daddy bro...handle it yourself and stop trying to point fingers or force someone to do something he can't...this is a public forum for fish keeping...not paypal...:ROFL:...no guarantee on any transactions for buyers....:D

if you didnt know...neoprodigy doesnt charge venders on his site so that's another reason why it would be neoprodigy's problem...it is your problem so deal with it...;)
