:iagree: i would have filed a dispute the first time they gave me the run-around about my refund. ALWAYS pay with a credit card when dealing with a new vendor, or any online purchase in general. cant be too safe these days
 
and i dont know what type of cc you used, but i love my AMEX. very easy to file the dispute, charges always get reversed, no questions asked! :eek:

true and i can't agree with you more bro...i'm all for it...BUT i guess it would require neoprodigy to hear and investigate both sides just to be fair and what i'm saying is that's not something that can be done easily...and he would have to give riverwonders a chance to correct their business practice (pretty much a second chance) to be fair...

all in all..it isnt something that neoprodigy should be dragged into...it's like a member selling another member bad fish...if that was the case he might be banning alot of ppl hahahaha...

but i hear ya...i hate bad venders...trust me on that one, alot of members can vouch for me there hahah...check my blogs and you're see...:D

Good point..

To be honest most vendors can't make every customer happy. You might say "yeah they can" but you're not being realistic if you think that.

Riverwonders used to be a very good vendor. Something there has slipped. Not sure what but I guess that has changed. Like said I think Neo likes to give everyone a chance to fix their mistakes. This doesn't mean he doesn't hear what you're saying, log your complaint, or make plans to change something.

if you didnt know...neoprodigy doesnt charge venders on his site so that's another reason why it would be neoprodigy's problem...it is your problem so deal with it...;)


First of all getting neo involved(or trying to) had nothing to do with me recovering fish or money. It had everything to do with him removing a PIECE OF **** VENDOR WITH A BAD REP from his site. He can add or remove at will, this is why all his mods I contacted sent me to him.

I am not the only one who had a "bad" experience through riverwonders. If it was put to a vote between "good" or "bad" I'm sure they would be deemed bad and should be removed.

Neoprodigy is the only person who can remove them from the site. So yes, if he gets complaints he should in fact get involved. Either look into it and tell me to shut the **** up or remove them from the site. Not responding and hoping it will go away doesn't work for anyone...thats why threads like this keep appearing.

It may not be realistic to have 100% satisfaction, but that should be the goal of any retail business- you want happy people. Happy people= more/sustained business. There are some people out there that will never be satisfied no matter how well you treat them...but multiple unsatisfied customers should throw a red light on. I don't need to rehash my riverwonders experience, but the owner was very unreasonable and it sounds like he still is.
