i have a sump in my bedroom and i sleep right infront of my tank, i did a durso and it helped alot but in a dead silent room at night it is loud i think the noise comes from the water in my pvc and i cant drill my tank

I still have my sump, but just acknowledged that it is louder than my other tanks with canisters. It is right in the living room, so I hear it the most. Each of my show tanks has a canopy as well, which helps muzzle the noise (slightly).

Do we have a thread that gives step by stepinstructions for the Herbie method? I think thats what I'm going to try when I set up my 75 gallon
