Hey guys,

Like most of you guys warned..... the catfish is officially a goner!

Look at them staring at me like they are innocent.. It says GUILTY ALL OVER THEIR FACES!

I wanted to be one of the few ones that kept tankmates but I guess I fall into the majority now.. Eh, atleast the pleco is not dumb enough to swim along with the shoal and grab their attention. Damn, partially my fault because I purporsely did not feed them yesterday too because somehow they ate all the dithers.... Man these guys are aggressive after taking out all the dw pieces..

^+1 I didnt care much because the catfish was free anyways. I would definitely cry in my bed if it was one of the pygos...

i'm asking peacefully man.......trying to understand your thought process

why did you take them eating the dither as a sign to skip a feeding?

Yea juvys are always hungry, skip feeding they are bound to eat eachother.

Cant say you didn't expect this..

Because that very night before catfish got eaten, I threw in about 30-40 pellets which only 1 ate like 10 and the rest of the pellets were just rolling around which I had to take out... Therefore I thought they were full from eating about 15 dither(neon black tetras & tiger barbs).. So I didn't really ask for it to happen.. They didn't want to eat >.>

They completely stripped all the meat of the catfish and left nothing but the bones. They eat cleaner than me when I eat a T-bone (medium rare ;D)...

They view anything as a potential food source though, regardless if they're full. I had the same thing happen to a pleco about 4 years ago when i had my shoal. Every things a learning process :/ sorry for the loss.
