These are the pics at their site, but not the actual fish that I have but look very similar when I first got them at 2". It was sold to me as Channa Marulioides "BLUE BELLY". They actually changed into 3 stages of color changed.

iam suspecting they are a variety from sumartra , they are indeed a lot bluer than normal at juvie stages and a very nice spec

Thanks! Fish too many to count mostly bichirs.

Tank is only a 310g which makes them over crowded. I'm currently building a plywood/fiberglass tank that's 10x4x3 feet

Not really an expert when it comes to snakehead region variant. Thanks for clearing that for me! I'm hunting some more snakheads. Probably gonna look for regular emperor snakehead too. I just currently have 4 species right now and total of 11 snakeheads.
