My hat's off to you JC. You are the Orino King of Cali hands down. I am in awe of that Xingu I as well. I love the over all look of the whole set up. Just seeing all those Orino's makes me sloober at the mouth! :drool:

I know right! It is the closest thing to just simple beauty like R1's. I probably will never take R1's picture down from my PS3 screen saver but that first picture is a close consideration for sure! :headbang2

to think, it all started a random day in december '08 when i picked up my first farmie :D
 
Damn Jose.... your tank is freaking incredible.

Tank full of Orino's = Dream come true. I've tried to stay away from the PBASS section because like a recovering alcoholic I just can't be around PBASS. I might fall of the wagon...LOL... Between your tank & James it's just brings a tear to my when I'd start to remenise about my Pbass.

It's good to see such an amazing tank man. Also, the camera thing is addicting as well. You better becareful. I'm getting more & more into Photography. You may start seeing R1_Ridah on this forum...modelmayhem....hahaha

I'll probably be visitingthe sister site (www.aquatic-photography.com) more because I want to get more into photography. I saw your other thread with the new camera and the pictures are awesome. I can't imagine once you master the funtionality of your camera.

good to see you havent forgot about us joey! thanks for the kinds words, youve helped me a lot to get to where i am with cichla. too bad i only got to see youre tank in person when it was empty :( but no worries, at my desk at work its always May 2009 if you know what i mean lol :naughty:

cant imagine what youll do when you come back in the hobby. its gonna be insane. and yeah the photography thing is addicting. i wish i had an extra $1500 laying around to get some nice macro and wide angle lenses. going to tokyo next month so ill have fun with the camera out there.

dont stay away for too long :)
 
I like the Crenicichla better than the cichla...incredible tank though, and the pics are good.
