CA/SA with an aro??

ah bichir would be a good tankmate

yea I was thinking the bb would be trouble...I think Ill just stick with the Aro, RD the Jag, Texas and an ornate.

Or even a cheap ninety... It doesn't have to be glamorous, just good water and space
I would but....PARENTS....wont let me get any more tanks. I would sooo do that. I saw a 200gal plus all sorts of goodies for $200....Parents didnt even have to think about it...NO. I will grow the aro out in the 135. Then add cichlids. Is there a problem with that? JW
Nope.. Just thought you might want a way to keep the fish you have already cared for for a while... But hey we all make sacrafices for the things we really want.. SO your plan sounds good
I keep my aro with cichlids, but they are more placid cichlids and not aggressive by any means compared to Jags and FHs. I just keep geos and sevs. I do have a tiny EBJD and a small oscar (he prolly wont be small for long though) Besides the aro trying to eat the JD they are all ok. I would make sure that the aro is bigger than the cichlids (but not big enough to eat them) Just watch out in a tank too small. Sometimes you find a jag or an FH that is a complete bastard and they will just beat anything in the tank. Good luck homie
So Ive decided to screw the idea with the jag, rd etc. So im goin less agressive cichlids because there is a wayy higher change of it workin out. So this is the list so far, a rotkeil sev, bichir of somesort, Geo altifrons, maybe an oscar and what else would be good?
