Also, Paleosuchus sp are the least aquatic crocodilian...half land area with room to dig a burrow is supposedly more preferable (That's how I'm going to do mine anyways).
If it was me and I wanted it to be a perminate fixture I would do it out of concrete and 3" acryllic for the front Of course it would cost more upfront but you would never have to worry about issues later.At least that is how the zoo does it.

only thing that I don't see in the pic is how your going to have easy access the sump if it needs to be fixed/serviced. Other than that, looks pretty good.
I like it. One thing, and maybe it's in the pic and I missed it, but put in a big bulkhead so you can drain it and change water easily. Sump opens up possibilities, like putting the heater(s) in the sump so they don't get munched on.
Just curious, are you dead-set on a Cuvier's? I've heard/read they're a bit shy and delicate. I'd look into "Diamond Caiman" (Caiman crocodylus x C. yacare hybrid).
