i live in CA and my dad told me he saw a giant fire eel at a local lake many years back.

all the macaws and amazons in southern CA. there's even a movie about the conures in telegraph hill in san francisco.

At my dads house in CA, theres a huge tree next to his house and everyday a huge flock of yellow head amazons is in it all the time, its kind of cool. Most of them escaped from the "Bird Farm" and then just kept breeding. I remember when I was little and feeding all the amazons peices of bread. Cool birds.
