I haven't had my oscar very long but I have noticed he is not a picky eater at all...either is my JD for that matter.
The first pic I thought was funny, but I would be like what the...? if i woke up to that.

I want to pick up a Longfin O from my LFS, but It would have to live in my 55 until I got my 180 set-up, but I would be afraid to add it into the 180 with the planned aro and tinfoil barbs.

Yeah it's a bad combo. If they don't eat the crayfish outright they'll definitely nail it when it molts if it's not well-hidden.

thanks, I bought him at about 2", at the beginning of Feb. He's over 5" already. bastard is always begging for food.
I still have a 4" crawfish, with no claws. I have a feeling his days are numbered. maybe I'll donate him to a friend.
