100% the same fish, the top one is a little distroted but that happenes when you unprofessionally crop/resize pictures.

I just got a PM response back from site Admin. It turns out it is my picture and site Admin apologizes for forgetting to PM to ask for my permission first. He said he'll take it down if I wanted but I told him it's fine.
In all honesty I was pretty upset but glad everything is figured out now.

I'm glad it worked out for you... maybe you can provide them with a better quality copy or whatever, that way, it'll do your original photo justice! Their version is awfully blurry, as some others have noted.
what if it was
The mouth and bottom of the caudal fin are at a slightly different angle. That does look frighteningly similar, even the lighting on the fins is the same.

That's one of my uncle's fishes. I'm not much into African cichlids.

At first I was just curious to see how someone could of have taken a picture so similar to mines. But as I look at the banner more and more and realize it was mines it got me pretty upset that someone was editing and using my picture without permission.
