Nice rubber stamp job on the tail-fin, lol. The give away was the shadows and the scale coloration/placement. Both of those things are more likely to be unique.

I don't mind having my picture up as banner for a site that I visit everyday so told Admin it was fine to leave it up.

If you are concerned, and it happened again the future.....you should watermark your pics. As well as put a little note about use and distribution in your post.
