They usually eat only dead eggs and i heard that reds are sterile. But each fish has its own personality

fishnut;2824601; said:I got three pairs but one of the pair is in my 40 gallon breeder and the other 2 pairs are in the community tank. Both pairs in the community tank are doing the dance. I might take the pair in the 40 gallon and switch them or put them in another 40 breeder.
I did not know that the red are sterile. The eggs looked good on day 2 until they ate them.
