Calling All you Severum Fans.................

They usually eat only dead eggs and i heard that reds are sterile. But each fish has its own personality

Did you mean you have three breeding pairs of red severums? Those with lots of red spots/stripes on a gold background?

oh wow really hmm? my Big male bred wit ha female green and they ate the eggs also...my reds are still only like 3" or so....

I got three pairs but one of the pair is in my 40 gallon breeder and the other 2 pairs are in the community tank. Both pairs in the community tank are doing the dance. I might take the pair in the 40 gallon and switch them or put them in another 40 breeder.
I did not know that the red are sterile. The eggs looked good on day 2 until they ate them.
